New Babyplast 10/12 MACHINE for the production of precision micro-details
Tenoresin has been equipped with a new micro-injection moulding machine, Babyplast the smallest injection machine of new generation.
Babyplast will allow us to print very small details and to obtain a number of advantages in terms of:
1) Quality of semi-finished products
Small semi-finished products, treated with traditional machine, hardly meet the expected quality standards. Excessive stationing of the material in the plastification chamber, due to the degradation of the molten mass, alters the technical characteristics, especially with the use of high-performance polymers and technopolymers.
On the other hand, the small size of the plastification group and the particular ball system of the BabyPlast, allow:
- stress-free plasticization
- the short stationing of the polymer in the injection group
- accuracy in the calibration of process parameters
- the result of producing high-quality pieces even for weights less than gram.
2) Low investment in mold construction
The layout of the BabyPlast mold consists of only a few-cavity matrices, which, together with the small size of the mold, can increase the speed of mold construction and degrease processing costs.
3) Low maternal ratio/piece
The injection of the material takes place directly in the matrix; The result is a drastic reduction in the incidence of the mother's weight compared to the net weight of the piece.
4) Low environmental impact
Lower electricity consumption, lower consumption of plastics.
