Our technical department is able to assess the feasibility of each product idea given by the customer, by performing simulations with design software, with solid as well with surface modelers: a practical approach to develop the design of the most complex parts until the production.
Our rapid prototyping services allow the creation of prototypes in actual size or scale, offering the opportunity to test appearance, the first functionalities and criticality of each piece or mould: all development phases are followed with the customer, to share experiences and analyses.
We made plastic moulds for almost 30 years and we have gained considerable experience in the major fields of application , investing in staff training , equipment and technology . We support the customer in the whole process of providing the mould from design to testing , to the service . We have a workshop equipped with CNC milling machines , grinders and spark plunge in which we design and build moulds for various productive sectors.
We are specialized in the moulding of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins for the realization of particular technical and aesthetic of small and medium dimensions . We have acquired a great experience in the appliance, electronics, electromechanical and houseware.
We handle assembly of components on printed pieces , the quality control of items do not comply with waste and we can make any type of surface finish on the product : from painting to pad printing, soft- touch effects to the laser engraving and any type of custom engraving . Our department is equipped with 7 pad printing machines , one to five colors with Cartesian robot for the gluing of the pieces.
