Tecnoresin grows with a new production site
Coinciding with its 30 years of activity, Tecnoresin, saturated spaces in Barbara's historic production site , chose to continue growing in the area and opened a new production site in Piticchio of Arcevia, in the industrial area P.i.p 232, , with an additional 1,400 square meters of surface.
Located in the green hills of the Marche region, the Piticchio plant consists of 2 departments:
- a thermoplastic molding department with a machine fleet of 10 presses ranging from a minimum tonnage of 40 tons to 400 tons, of which 2 two-matter presses with rotating table, connected and interconnected to the company's detection system;
- a department of surface finishes with:
- 4 screen print stations;
- 1 laser machine;
- 1 tampographic department consisting of 5 machines up to 4 colors;
- 5 stations with work benches for assembling components.
All manual stations are also interconnected with the production data collection system.
The Piticchio production site represents an important challenge for Tecnoresin that has matured after several years in which the company has seen its target market grow, especially abroad, with the consequent need to increase its capacity and give customers shorter response times.
